Sunnyvale Man Charged in Healthcare Fraud Scheme

The Department of Justice has arrested more than 300 people for alleged healthcare schemes including people from Sunnyvale and San Jose.

A Sunnyvale man was one of three Bay Area residents arrested for allegedly bilking the federal healthcare system of millions of dollars. Air District Increases Old Vehicle Buy-Back Amount to $2K Beginning July 1

The Bay Area Air Quality Management District is increasing the amount it's offering to buy-back older, higher polluting vehicles.

The Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAD) is expanding its vehicle buy-back program to encourage the removal of higher-polluting vehicles from the road by increasing the buy-back amount to $2,000, an increase of $500.
