Santa Clara has begun shaping a Vision Zero plan to help minimize and ultimately eliminate bicycle and pedestrian traffic deaths.

San Jose and Santa Clara residents have formed the group Concerned Cory Neighbors to oppose a proposed 17-story apartment complex.
