SCUSD has settled the lawsuit filed by former teacher Dominic Caserta and agreed to pay $1.579 million plus his salary through May 2028.

The Santa Clara Unified School District (SCUSD) has almost settled a lawsuit filed by former teacher Dominic Caserta.
