Silicon Valley Power Head Leaves for San Jose

The head of Silicon Valley Power, Manuel Pineda, is leaving Santa Clara to begin a new job as Deputy City Manager of San Jose.

The chief electric utility officer for Santa Clara is headed to San Jose.
