VTA says it has nearly finished its work on the Highway 101 interchange at De La Cruz Boulevard/Trimble Road including widening the lanes.

Highway 101 Daytime Lane Closures

Caltrans will conduct daytime closures of some of the lanes on Hwy. 101 in Santa Clara and Sunnyvale this week to help with cleaning operations.

Be prepared for slowdowns on Highway 101 through Santa Clara and Sunnyvale this week. Caltrans reports that it will be doing periodic lane reductions on the southbound and northbound lanes of Highway 101 through both cities.
