49ers fans can now show they are "Faithful to State Parks" with a personalized California license plate. Proceeds benefit CNRA, 49ers EDU and PREP.

The San Francisco 49ers and the 49ers Foundation have created specialty 49ers license plates for California in partnership with the California Natural Resources Agency (CNRA).
