The National Night Out event on Emmett Court included Balloon Magic for kids — both young and young at heart.
According to Robert Hostetter, this was their “…neighborhood’s 18th Annual National Night Out Party…. We typically have over 170 men, women and children coming to the event from the 85 houses in the neighborhood. Starting at 7:30 p.m., we’ll have Magic Balloons for the kids.”
Their Night Out was on the more formal side with folding tables set up in a cul-de-sac with food and games for residents and children alike.
