Body Found in SJ Identified as Missing Person

The body of Ian Powers, 32, has been recovered from a San Jose marina and identified. The Santa Clara County Medical Examiner-Coroner’s Office found the cause of death was salt water drowning and ruled Powers’ death an accident.
