Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety's Civilian Fire Marshal Lynne Kilpatrick has retired. She now lives and works in Washington.

Carlos Duran and Pamela Pedraza-Melgoza, both of San Jose, have been arrested in relation to an attempted homicide case in Sunnyvale.

On Sunday, Dec. 8, at approximately 5:15 p.m., an attempted homicide occurred near the intersection of Columbia Avenue and Roosevelt Avenue in the City of Sunnyvale.
