Santa Clara Police Officer Diagnosed with COVID-19

The City announced that a Santa Clara Police Officer has been diagnosed with COVID-19, or the coronavirus. They are self-isolating at home.

Yesterday evening, the Santa Clara Police Department (SCPD) was notified that one police officer tested positive for coronavirus (COVID-19). The officer, who is not being identified, last worked on March 9. Since then, they have been self-isolating at home and will remain there for 14 days.
