Fines Authorized to Enforce County Health Orders, Eviction Moratorium, Testing Order

Santa Clara County is now under an Urgency Ordinance which allows for fines if someone is in violation of health orders or the Eviction Moratorium.

On Tuesday, Aug. 11, the County of Santa Clara Board of Supervisors adopted an Urgency Ordinance authorizing fines for violating the COVID-19 Public Health Officer orders.
